GENERAL INFORMATION
- Only one director and shareholder necessary
- The sole member or director can appoint a reserve director to act in his place in the event of his death

- The register of directors/officers is mandatory which must be kept at the registered office.

- Proposed Name of Company and two Alternatives ending with “Ltd.”, “Limited”, “Corp.”, “Inc.”, etc.

- Copy of Passport (Notarized) or Copy of Driving Permit (Notarized)
- Name and Address with contact telephone numbers of all shareholders, directors and officers
FEES
The cost of establishing British Virgin Islands Business Companies is US $1,250.00 which includes the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, four Registered Share Certificates and the Share Register. The Resident Agent and Registered Office Services are provided free up to the end of the year of incorporation.
Annual Fee of US $750.00 is due at the beginning of each year which covers the cost the Resident Agent, Registered Office Services and the Annual License Fee.
All Companies should have a rubber seal and the seal will be kept at the Registered Agent of the company.
An additional courier fee of US $75.00 is charged for packages to North America and US $100.00 anywhere else.
