- Original Reference Letter from Bank, Lawyer or Chartered Accountant, which must be a reference with a relationship of 2 yrs. plus, also to be included in letter is length of relationship, nature of business for all Signatories
- Proof of address, e.g. utility statement (Original)
- Full contact information, including telephone, fax, email and website address if applicable.

- IBC Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Up to Date Certificate of Good Standing
- Subscribers’ Resignation
- Resolution of Directors
- Register of Directors
- Copy of Registered Share Certificate (s)
- If a corporation is a director, you need to submit a copy of its incorporation documents
- Name & Full Contact information of Resident Agent (P.O. Box not acceptable)
All Company documents must be notarized.
