2 Original Bank Reference Letters with a banking relationship of at least 2 yrs. The reference letter must include the following information
- type of business relationship
- maintenance of average balance eg. high 5 figures, etc.
- other general information like satisfactory operations, etc.; or
(A character reference from a recognized attorney or accountant may be considered in
substitution for a banker’s reference if the signatory carry business with only one Bank)
Full address, telephone, fax, email and website address if applicable
Copy of a utility bill for signatories, directors and beneficial owners
Corporate Title, Occupation and Source of Wealth of Each Signatory
